This detailed guide offers a comprehensive walkthrough for successfully completing the "Ruins and Reverberations" quest within the game Arc Raiders. The mission takes place at the newly introduced Cielo Sereno Observatory, a key addition to the Pendola Pass map as part of the "Frozen Trail" expansion. While the quest involves only three distinct stages, navigating them effectively can be challenging without precise instructions. This overview aims to simplify the process, ensuring players can swiftly accomplish their objectives.

To embark on the "Ruins and Reverberations" quest, players must complete all three stages within a single game session. The initial step requires connecting a specialized Spotter Relay to an antenna situated on the rooftop of the Cielo Sereno Observatory. Following this, players must access a confined space beneath the control room to perform a welding task on electrical wires, thereby rerouting power. The final action involves returning to the antenna to reactivate the Spotter Relay, signifying the completion of the quest objectives.

The first prerequisite for this quest is obtaining a Spotter Relay. These essential items are dropped by 'Spotters,' flying adversaries that typically appear in pairs alongside larger Arc units like Bastions or Bombardiers. Since these larger foes are less common in Pendola Pass, players are advised to seek out Spotters in areas such as Buried City or Blue Gate. After defeating a Spotter and acquiring its relay, players can then proceed to Pendola Pass to commence the mission.

Upon reaching Pendola Pass, players must navigate to the Cielo Sereno Observatory, positioned in the northeastern sector of the map. Accessing the antenna, which is located on the observatory's roof, necessitates the use of movement tools such as a grappling hook, snaphook, or zipline. These tools are crucial for ascending to the elevated structure and will be required multiple times during the quest. Once on the roof, the antenna can be found on the southern side, specifically on a protruding section. With the Spotter Relay in their inventory, players can then interact with the antenna.

Following the initial antenna interaction, the next phase involves locating a crawlspace inside the observatory. Players can descend into the control room through a skylight situated in the center of the roof. From there, they should proceed into a corridor and locate a floor panel, which grants access to the crawlspace. Once within the crawlspace, players need to turn westward, then take the first left turn. Continuing along this path will lead to a set of wires on the left that require welding. Interacting with these wires will fulfill the second quest objective.

The final segment of the quest requires players to return to the observatory roof. This can be achieved by ascending back through the skylight. If direct mantling is difficult, utilizing a grappling hook or snaphook will facilitate the ascent. Once back on the roof, players must interact with the antenna once more to activate the Spotter Relay. Upon successful activation, the quest is completed, although the antenna's subsequent noisy operation suggests an impending swarm of Arc enemies, prompting a swift departure from the location. Successfully completing this mission rewards players with 5,000 XP, two smoke grenades, three electrical components, two speaker components, and a looting mk.3 augment from Celeste.
