Thistle Resources has solidified its path to complete ownership of the Brunswick antimony project in New Brunswick by successfully executing its second anniversary payment. This pivotal step, involving both a financial transaction and the allocation of company shares to Prospect 'Or Corp., underscores the firm's dedication to securing full rights to this valuable mining asset.

The Brunswick project is strategically important, encompassing approximately 199 mineral claim units distributed across four distinct areas: Pabineau River 1, Pabineau Falls Granite, Brunswick East, and Knights Brook. The comprehensive agreement outlines a phased acquisition, requiring Thistle Resources to fulfill aggregate cash payments and issue a specified number of common shares to achieve 100% interest. A 2% net smelter return royalty will remain with Prospect 'Or Corp., with an option for Thistle to repurchase half of this royalty for $1 million. The final payment, due before the third anniversary, includes an additional cash sum and further common shares, marking the culmination of the acquisition process. CEO Patrick Cruickshank expressed satisfaction with the progress, reiterating the company's focus on structured exploration activities aimed at delivering enduring value to its investors.

The proactive management of the Brunswick antimony project by Thistle Resources demonstrates a forward-thinking approach to mineral development. By systematically advancing through the option agreement and committing to future exploration, the company is not only securing a key resource but also laying the groundwork for sustainable growth and increased shareholder prosperity. This commitment to methodical development and value creation sets a positive precedent for responsible resource management and corporate stewardship.
