Renowned musical artists Chino Pacas and Clave Especial, alongside digital influencer Vic Blends and sports broadcaster Emily Austin, have been added to the film's ensemble. These recent cast members will be featured alongside previously announced stars such as Carlos Sanson Jr., Rosario Dawson, George Lopez, Becky G, Tokischa, and Rodriguez herself.

The film, rooted in an original concept developed by Rodriguez and Cubría, follows the journey of a once-promising young boxer, portrayed by Sanson, as he strives to re-enter the sport and reclaim his aspirations.
