Volvo is poised to launch its most advanced electric vehicle to date, the 2027 EX60, offering a vision into the brand's future electric lineup. This sophisticated SUV is built on a cutting-edge software-defined platform, integrating a potent new computer processing network, an 800-volt electrical system for rapid charging capabilities, and a state-of-the-art infotainment interface, setting new benchmarks for vehicle intelligence and connectivity.

Scheduled for a U.S. release this summer, the EX60 will be offered in two distinct powertrain configurations: the rear-wheel-drive P6, boasting 369 horsepower, and the more powerful all-wheel-drive P10, delivering an impressive 503 horsepower. This electric SUV's exterior design combines modern aesthetics with subtle nods to classic wagon styling, while its driving dynamics prioritize refinement and a serene cabin experience. Depending on the chosen model and wheel size, the EX60 offers an estimated EPA range of 295 to 322 miles and can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in approximately four to five seconds. The two-row EX60, despite being slightly longer than its gasoline-powered XC60 counterpart, maintains comparable interior spaciousness. Additionally, it features electric door handle releases seamlessly integrated into its beltline and a choice of 20-, 21-, and 22-inch wheel sizes.

Both the P6 and P10 variants come well-equipped, with the standard Plus trim levels priced attractively at $59,795 and $62,145, respectively, making advanced electric mobility more accessible. The Volvo EX60 is more than just a new model; it embodies Volvo's commitment to innovation and sustainable transportation.

The debut of the 2027 Volvo EX60 signifies a pivotal moment in automotive evolution, showcasing how technological innovation can merge with sophisticated design and environmental responsibility. As electric vehicles continue to redefine personal transportation, the EX60 stands as a testament to progress, offering a harmonious blend of power, efficiency, and a refined driving experience, paving the way for a cleaner, smarter automotive future.
