The production proudly features a lineup of distinguished British theater professionals, with Jada Langley and Gino Ochello taking on key roles in this musical endeavor.

The 90-minute cinematic experience centers on Daisy, portrayed by Langley, a young protagonist who uses toy bricks as a comfort mechanism while navigating the challenges of adapting to a new school in a foreign country. Her journey takes an extraordinary turn when she uncovers a mysterious key, transporting her into the enchanting realm of Heartlake City. There, she forges new friendships and soon finds herself tasked with helping her new companions preserve a crucial local landmark. The narrative is richly interspersed with dynamic song and dance performances, creating a spectacle reminiscent of classic youth musicals.

The film's ensemble cast also includes Gracie McGonigal as Autumn, Danita Walcott-Nichols as Aliya, Hannah Gracie as Paisley, Hamish Skeoch as Olly, Manuel Jenoure as Zac, Angelina Li as Liann, Darcy Jacobs as Candi, and Meesha Garbett as Nova. Supporting roles feature Siubhan Harrison as Daisy’s mother, Kevin N Golding as Old Man Heart, Taylor Sullivan as Kyle, and Ian Virgo as Daisy’s father. Directed by Paul Becker and produced by Kenny Ortega, known for his iconic work on 'High School Musical,' 'Newsies,' and 'Hocus Pocus,' Ortega also penned the film's original story, with the screenplay crafted by Kirk R. Thatcher and Jeremy Adams. Final Pixel handled the production, which was filmed entirely in the United Kingdom. The project boasts a large team of producers including Jill Wilfert, Hannah Brinkman, Robert Fewkes, Vicky Kjær Jensen, Hanah Draper, Michael McKenna, and Ryan Christians. 'Lego Friends: Heartlake the Musical' is scheduled to debut on October 16, accessible via Netflix and Lego's official YouTube channel.
