Digital Brand Architects (DBA) has officially announced its acquisition of V1sion Ventures, a prominent firm specializing in the management of digital talent. This strategic integration brings a diverse portfolio of digital personalities, such as Keith Lee, Leigh Soriano, Joy Burnett, Chelsea Jordan, Rachel Wilson, Beyonce Janvier, Micah Hescott, and Zack Baun, under DBA's umbrella.

Following the acquisition, Alina Benun, the founder and CEO of V1sion Ventures, will become a key member of the DBA team. She will collaborate closely with senior talent managers Veronica Avalos and Jake Benun, along with talent manager Caroline Tollar and team members Arianna Robles and Tatum Crampton. DBA's Chief Executive, Raina Penchansky, emphasized that the company's core philosophy centers on empowering creators as entrepreneurs, deserving of partners who can facilitate the development of lasting businesses. Penchansky highlighted the shared vision between DBA and V1sion Ventures for fostering creator success, praising V1sion Ventures' impressive growth rooted in these principles. Alina Benun established V1sion Ventures in 2022 with the explicit goal of advancing creators' careers, while Penchansky has been a leading figure in the creator economy since its inception in 2010. V1sion Ventures has been particularly focused on enabling digital stars to leverage their online presence into tangible products and ventures that extend beyond traditional social media channels.
