Cosmic Talents, an agency known for representing top international heads of department, has officially launched its new office in London. This strategic move is spearheaded by Gabrielle de Cevins, who joins the agency as its U.K.-based representative. The expansion signifies Cosmic Talents' commitment to enhancing its global presence and fostering stronger relationships within the British creative sector.

De Cevins brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having spent eight years in production, including four years at The Bureau, a London-based feature film production company. Her background equips her with a deep understanding of the intricacies and demands of film production in the U.K. She will be responsible for managing the agency's roster of cinematographers, production designers, costume designers, and editors across both feature film and commercial projects in the region.

Working collaboratively with Paris-based agents Marie Berg, Elodie Vongdara, and Andréa Bernard, de Cevins will play a crucial role in connecting U.K. productions with Cosmic Talents' acclaimed artists. The agency's talent has contributed to the visual storytelling of notable films such as Edward Berger’s “Conclave,” Magnus von Horn’s “The Girl With the Needle,” and Andrey Zvyagintsev’s “Minotaur.”

Marie Berg, Managing Director and agent at Cosmic Talents, highlighted the U.K.'s exceptional creativity and its inspirational directors and narratives as key motivators for the expansion. She emphasized that a local presence in London would facilitate more spontaneous and meaningful interactions with directors, clients, and production partners. Berg expressed confidence in de Cevins’ ability to bridge creative aspirations with practical production needs, making her an ideal choice to champion Cosmic Talents within the U.K. market.

Gabrielle de Cevins shared her enthusiasm for joining a team that prioritizes artistic vision, acknowledging Cosmic's impressive roster of talent. She looks forward to assisting productions in finding suitable creative collaborators and promoting Cosmic's artists within the dynamic U.K. industry. This new London office is set to become a vital hub for fostering artistic connections and supporting cinematic excellence.
