In the dynamic world of Control Resonant, enhancing your character's vitality is paramount. This extensive guide meticulously outlines the whereabouts of every Health Upgrade Point scattered across the game's diverse landscapes. These valuable collectibles, frequently disguised as ice cream stands within larger resource caches, are crucial for bolstering your maximum health, thereby granting you a significant edge in confrontations with formidable foes and powerful Resonants. Players must embark on a journey of exploration and puzzle-solving to unearth these hidden boosts, ensuring prolonged survival and greater success in their adventures.

Health Upgrade Points are exclusively discovered within substantial resource crates, which distinctive resemble charming ice cream stands. These crates are strategically positioned throughout the game world, some nestled beside vendors, while others are ingeniously concealed within secret hideouts, requiring players to solve environmental puzzles to access them. To streamline the search, players are advised to develop their zone progression until all large resource crate locations are revealed on the in-game map. However, even with map visibility, the contents of these crates remain a mystery until opened, and some continue to pose a challenge to locate despite their marked positions.

Across the Downtown zone, five Health Upgrade Points await discovery. Four of these can be accessed without requiring special traversal abilities, making them prime targets for early-game acquisition. The first point is found in the Urban Fresh Mart during the prologue; simply turn right upon exiting the Oldest House. Another is located in the Atlantis Cafe northwest of the Oldest House, requiring a specific appliance activation sequence to reveal a secret hideout. A third resides on the southernmost rooftop of a brick building east of the Oldest House, accessible via the Elevate ability. The fourth is positioned next to a vendor in an alleyway southwest of the "Outside the Oldest House" fast travel door. The final Downtown point is situated on an island south of the "Chasm" fast travel door, necessitating the 'Reach' ability from the Evacuation Zone to access it.

The Central zone offers six Health Upgrade Points, providing enough for two maximum health increases. One point is found within a storefront in the subway station after exiting the Underground Supply Route. Another is in the Urban Fresh Mart northwest of the Field Office. The Wear'Em & Wash'Em Laundromat holds a point, accessible by solving a puzzle involving laundry machines. A fourth is conveniently located next to a vendor southeast of the Patterned Factory. The Patterned Factory itself contains a point behind a barred door, requiring navigation through a sewer tunnel and taking a specific path at a fork. The last Central point is acquired during the "Power Lines" main quest at the Field Office Station, by transferring electricity between power cores.

In the West Incursion Zone, four Health Upgrade Points can be collected. Most of these necessitate the 'Shift' traversal ability, typically acquired after completing the Parking Garage fault. One point is located next to a vendor northwest of the map pylon, requiring players to fly over hiss spikes. Another is found after completing the Parking Garage fault itself, along the road leading out. An Urban Fresh Mart on the southeast road of the West Incursion Zone conceals a point, unlocked by inputting a soda dispenser code into a cash register. The final point in this zone is inside the Jumpin' Joe's Books & Comics Galore store within the Empire Avenue Station.

The Evacuation Zone is home to four Health Upgrade Points, one of which technically extends into The Park but is accessed via the Evacuation Zone. The Könstig Art Gallery, southeast of the "Main Street" fast travel door, has a point hidden behind a puzzle. Another point is directly beside a vendor east of the "Main Street" fast travel door. The Evac Building contains a point encountered naturally during the "Evacuation Procedures" main story quest on the 12th floor. The last point is found after completing the Subway fault, by following a path through a blue door near the "Patterned Metro Tunnels" fast travel door.

The Park area contains three identified Health Upgrade Points. One is discovered on the path to the resonant after consuming three molds and passing through the moldy gate at the bottom of the pit. Another is located next to a vendor on the roof of a parking garage, accessible by climbing a giant mold wall on the northeast side of The Park. The final point is within an Atlantis Cafe in the southeast corner of The Park, which requires solving a puzzle by recording and inputting table orders into a cash register.

Finally, the Underpass zone features two known Health Upgrade Points. One is found by following glow sticks upon entering the Underpass, then shifting onto a wall of desks and gliding over red hiss spikes to a vendor. The second point is located on the path to the Underpass Resonant, after climbing the Spire and reaching a save point, then turning right to a floating island and following a clutter-strewn path.

This detailed compendium empowers players of Control Resonant to methodically track down each Health Upgrade Point. By diligently seeking out these hidden ice cream stands and solving associated puzzles across Downtown, Central, West Incursion Zone, Evacuation Zone, The Park, Underpass, and Unknown regions, players can significantly bolster their character's health. The strategic acquisition of these upgrades is indispensable for overcoming the game's increasing difficulties and emerging victorious in this thrilling action RPG experience.
